  • Safety First: Your items are gold to us, no matter the service. Our dedicated team uses the best packing methods, and our vehicles are all set up to keep everything snug and safe. We handle your treasures as if they were our very own.

  • Items We Can't Handle: Just a heads-up, there are a few things, like hazardous materials and perishable goods, that we can't transport or clear. If you're ever unsure, just give us a shout, and we'll guide you.

  • Transparent Costs: Wondering about the cost? It varies based on the service, distance, and a few other factors. But one thing's for sure: we're all about clear, upfront pricing. No nasty surprises here!

  • How to Pay: Making payment is a breeze! We happily accept cash or card. And once we're done, you'll get an invoice that breaks down every cost, clear as day.

  • Do You Need to Be There?: It's always lovely to see you, especially during pick-ups or deliveries. But if you can't be around, that's okay too. Just let us know in advance.

  • Booking Your Slot: The early bird catches the worm! We suggest booking about two weeks ahead, especially during the busy times. But if you're in a pinch, we'll do our best to fit you in.

  • Furniture Woes?: If you've got furniture that needs a bit of dismantling and then putting back together, we've got you covered. Just let us know beforehand.

  • Clearance Queries: Our clearance services are top-notch. We make sure everything's cleared away responsibly. If there's something specific you want to discuss, we're all ears.
